I’m Shaelee, founder and CEO of Collective Billing Solutions.

I have over 14 years of experience in the dental field. I started working in Southern Utah as a dental assistant in a general dental office before moving to a pediatric specialists office. I loved the fast paced environment of assisting the dentist and working with kids, but when I was trained for the front office duties, I loved that even more. I quickly learned the basics of insurance verification and checking in friendly faces. I took a little hiatus until my second daughter was born, and wanted to find something I could do from home. It was then that I started as an independent consultant for a dental billing company. I learned a lot of behind the scenes when it comes to dental insurance billing along the way and am so excited to be able to help dentists and their staff focus more of their quality time on their patient’s care.

I’ve been working remotely since 2018, helping office staff with submitting claims, following up on the aging report, posting insurance payments, reaching out to patients for updated information or sending statements, and completing insurance verification, and so much more. I have experience with many dental software’s, but Open Dental is by far my favorite!

I’m so glad that I’ve been able to be an extension of many different teams, and would love to be an extension of yours!
